American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has joked that he wants Justin Bieber to replace Simon Cowell on the US show, according to reports.
Seacrest, who also hosts his own daily US radio show on KIIS-FM, admitted that the 16-year-old singer would be the perfect replacement for the British music mogul, who is leaving after the current season ends.
Talking about Cowell’s departure, Seacrest said to MTV News: "It’s gonna be different because there’s going to be an empty chair at the end of that panel.
